Crusher built entirely in Aisi 304 stainless steel: it is composed of an olive-crushing mill, and a kneading tank. Press composed of a painted steel frame with stainless steel basin and pressing plate. Supplied as standard with manual hydraulic pump and pressure gauge, a basket with 50 baskets and 9 discs in Aisi 304 stainless steel. On the side of the press there is a support with a spreader to help spread the olive paste on the fiscoli.
